IN-KIND DONATION REQUESTS

Red River Rising has a strong passion for our community, striving to enhance Austin's cultural heritage and to safeguard and celebrate the unique qualities of our city. One of the ways we can assist different organizations is by supporting their fundraising efforts via in-kind donation opportunities.
Priority will be given to requests made by non-profits based in Central Texas.
POLICIES
Although we aim to accommodate as many requests as possible, please note that we may be unable to fulfill all asks due to high demand. Consequently, we employ the following guidelines to guarantee the highest level of positive impact on our community:
Requests must be made at least 30 days in advance via the form below of your scheduled event date/fundraiser. Please note that simply submitting a request does not guarantee a donation will be fulfilled.
Your organization must have a 501(c)3 tax exempt status and be located within the Central Texas area. You will be asked to provide your entity’s tax-exempt ID number and to put your donation request on formal letterhead for review.
Items must be used for fundraising purposes only. Items cannot be used as door prizes, employee incentives, giveaways, or for any other purpose that does not directly raise money for your organization.
Organizations are limited to 1-2 donation requests per year.
